For those who have basic bookkeeping needs, you might be eligible for our base pricing of $500 monthly.
Below is the list of requirements:
• Monthly bookkeeping services consisting of a one-time, once a month updating and reconciling of the books.
• Total transactions across all banking and credit card accounts cannot exceed 100 transactions per month.
• Unlimited bank and credit card accounts as long as activity across all accounts is 100 transactions or less.
• Accounting file should be using QuickBooks. Send us your file, or provide us with remote access.
• Some manual data entry is alright, but can’t be excessive. Online banking downloads is a requirement.
• You must have a simple set of books.
Depending on your situation, here are a few reasons on why the price would be more than $500 monthly:
• More than once a month or weekly updating and reconciling of the books.
• High-level activity with over and above 100 transactions per month.
• Different accounting program other than QuickBooks.
• Heavy activity requiring regular manual data entry.
